Net profit AK “ALROSA” IFRS amounted at the end of the first half of this year of 3.32 billion rubles, which is 91%, or 11.3%, less than in the same period last year, the message of the diamond mining company.
EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) decreased by 47% yoy to 30.1 billion rubles. Revenue decreased by 43% to 73.1 billion rubles.
For the second quarter of 2020, the net profit AK “ALROSA” fell by 85% relative to the previous three months and 98% yoy to 300 million rubles.
Quarterly EBITDA fell by 100% compared to January-March and at an annual rate of up to 100 million rubles. Revenue decreased 83% and 82%, respectively, to 10.4 billion rubles.
Net debt of OJSC ALROSA at the end of the first half year amounted to 100.6 billion rubles, as against 77.4 billion rubles at the end of March this year.
