After two earthquakes in 2015 in Nepal, the unprecedented demand for construction materials, the brick factories use cheap labor to line their own pockets.
Do not disdain even the children, little boys and girls washing hands to the blood, working 14 hours a day to earn a few dollars. From 150 000 to 175 000 people employed in the manufacture of brick in Nepal, another 200 are in the Kathmandu valley. Photographer Jan møller Hansen (Jan Moeller Hansen) lived and worked in the Kathmandu valley from 2013 to 2016, where he did a series of shots at the factory for the manufacture of bricks.
