The Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow satisfied the claim of the Muscovite Ekaterina, iftode, which demanded to recognize that the father of her child is killed Russian politician Boris Nemtsov. About it told RBC press Secretary of the court Emilia Gil.
Defendants in the case were children Nemtsov Anton and Jeanne, the mother of policy Dina Y. Nemtsov, Secretary Irina Koroleva, from which policy has a daughter, Sophia, and Ekaterina Odintsova, journalist, mother of two children Nemtsov – Anton and Dina.
Initially the trial was held in the open mode, however, the judge made the decision behind closed doors due to the fact that the case involved the interests of minors.
“The judicial act is not subject to publication,” said Gil.
Iftode, filed a lawsuit in 2015, demanding to recognize that her son has the right to inheritance Nemtsov. She assessed the condition of the policy is $1 billion, but are unable to explain where she got the information.
In April 2016 the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow refused to hear the lawsuit. Iftode, has filed an appeal against this decision.
