“This is not a scene from the Russian-Ukrainian border. No. It is every year, our top officials higher and higher fences in Koncha-Zaspa. Soon on top of the fence among the barbed wire would hang up red lights that planes have had a chance to react to the obstacle,” he wrote.

Note that the photo was taken in Kiev located near the village of Cherry, where on 16 June there were clashes of activists with the police. The reason was the dissatisfaction of local residents by restricting access to the pond from the construction of the fence.

Social media outrage about this building which restricts people’s access to the river.
