Observers Special monitoring mission of the OSCE recorded the movement of trucks of militants near the village of Lugansk. About it LIGA.net the press service of the mission.

“On 8 July, while South of the bridge in the village of the Luhansk at about 11:30, members of the patrol mission saw the stationary truck military type, deployed to the North, on Board of which were two machine guns, one heavy machine gun and 20 armed militants”, – noted in press service.

After about 20 minutes, when a patrol, the SMM was located 70 m to the South from terrorists, and the second was crossing the bridge, observers saw a white signal rocket fired at 50 m to the North of the checkpoint in the area of the proposed withdrawal of the armed forces.
