According to the documents, in 2012-2014 in the region was built a pipe line with infrastructure. The project customer was a subsidiary of “Gazprom” — “Gazprom invest”, General contractor — OOO “omega”. Gas in the city of Priozersk was to come in 2014.

But in reality, only performed part of the work: the first starting complex of the pipeline readiness is about 85 percent, the second — 20-25 percent, in the third and fourth only 3 to 4 percent, he said.

According to the estimates of “Fontanka”, the volume of omega works is 700 million rubles, but she received 1.7 billion rubles. Company representatives declined to comment. In “Gazprom invest” clearly explain the signing of acts of acceptance and payment for them about a billion rubles could not, the newspaper notes.
