The man was found guilty in committing crimes under part 1 of article 152 (rape), part 2 of article 153 (violent satisfaction of sexual passion in the unnatural way), part 1 of article 189 (extortion), part 2 of article 146 (illegal imprisonment or kidnapping) of the criminal code of Ukraine. The court sentenced the assailant to 8 years of imprisonment.
