Unknown threw a grenade at a gambling club.
In the city of Obukhiv, Kyiv region this night unknown threw a grenade in the window shopping. However, later the police found out that under a signboard of the store operated a gambling club.
It is reported by the Department of communication of the police of Kiev region.
“In the town of Obukhiv this night unknown threw a grenade in the window shopping. However, when police arrived at the scene, it became clear that under the guise of children’s clothes actually operated a gambling club. On the fact of hooliganism and operation of the illegal business, the police opened criminal proceedings”, – stated in the message.
It is established that unknown persons threw a grenade RGD-5. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
In addition, it turned out that the owner of the store under the guise of children’s clothing arranged the work prohibited gambling.
During the authorized search militiamen withdrew from the underground club Playground equipment, in particular, on 15 monitors and computers, with which via the Internet were access to gambling.
Now the activities of the institution are suspended. The issue of opening on this fact the criminal proceedings under article 296 (hooliganism) and article 203-2 (occupation gambling) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
Militiamen carry out all necessary measures for the examination of the seized equipment and for establishment of all persons involved in organizing and supporting the functioning of the illegal institutions, as well as looking for the man who threw a grenade in the window.
