Offenders are foreigners.
In Kiev Svyatoshinsky district of Kiev region detained a group of foreigners, who attacked a petrol station.
It is noted that the attackers tried to return the fuel, the delivery of which in time have not paid the company’s management.
“By prior agreement of men together with a hired truck driver entered the territory of the sawmill, where the Lodge was closed the employee of gas column, and then began to pour fuel into the tank of the truck. The tanker immediately pressed the “panic button”, – stated in the message.
To arrival of militiamen malefactors managed to merge 280 liters of petrol and 240 liters of diesel fuel. At the scene police detained three men. They were citizens of Iran, who for a long period of time lawfully residing on the territory of Ukraine.
It is reported that in order St. 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine of foreigners placed in a temporary detention facility and notified the Consulate of their state. On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 St. 186 (robbery) of the Criminal code of Ukraine declared suspicion. The question on election of a forward measure.
