Near Kiev in the territory of “the Kievan Rus Park” ended the first Ukrainian championship of sculptors “STIHL Carving Cup 2017”.
11 wooden sculptures brought amazing images theme “Ancient Kiev. Time travel”. During the week of the masters created their masterpieces, giving the tree the images of historical figures, fairytale and epic characters.
The jury gave the first place sculpture, “Viking”, the authorship of which belongs to Oleksandr Kozachuk from Exactly, the second place – “birds of Paradise” of the sculptor Ivan Halus from Ivano-Frankivsk,third place – “Church” of sculptor Alexander Serdyuk.
