Near Kiev detained the thief-the loser

The offender faces up to six years in prison.

In Kiev Svyatoshinsky district of Kiev region the man tried to steal a bike and alcoholic beverages, but forgot about the alarm.

It is noted that the attacker was trespassing on the territory of a private house, not knowing that he is protected. So, after a few minutes the scene was an operational response group of the Kiev-Sviatoshynsky district Department of police protection.

In the framework of the examination of local area law enforcement officers found the man, who, seeing them, immediately began to try to escape from the scene, but was caught and detained.

The attacker, who tried to make their private household spirits and a bike was 35-the summer inhabitant of Boyarka in Kiev region.

In fact the incident opened a criminal case under the article about the theft, the measure which provides for a punishment of deprivation of liberty for a term up to six years.
