He was detained in the hot, physical evidence seized.
On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 185 (theft) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
The detainee is threatened by punishment – fine of 50 to 100 free minima of the income of citizens or public works for a term of 80 to 240 hours, or correctional labor for a term up to two years, or arrest for a term up to six months, or deprivation of liberty for a term up to three years.
