Near Kharkov, the bandits kidnapped a minor

Offenders face up to five years in prison.

53-year-old and 26-year-old residents of Kharkiv city force pushed 15-year-old boy to the car. Men accused of a minor theft from their home country.

A statement in Izyum police Department asked the resident of the village Ivanchukivka. She reported that her son left home and did not return phone calls.

Later that night, the boy alone came home and said that two men forced him to sit in their car “Opel”, accused of committing a theft, and after a few hours released.

Investigation opened criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 146 (illegal imprisonment or kidnapping) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The sanction of article provides the maximum punishment till 5 years of imprisonment.

Now the question on election of a preventive measure against intruders. Vehicle seized and delivered to the site Izyum police Department.
