He faces up to 10 years in prison
On 12 August in a call center of Kharkiv OP reported that about 1:50 from the village of Bezlyudivka in the Kharkiv city hospital delivered a local resident with a traumatic brain injury and numerous bruises.
Two days later the man died in hospital, reported in Department of communication GUNP of Ukraine in Kharkiv region.
During a pretrial investigation militiamen found out that the street between the 40-year-old man and two citizens, a quarrel arose at the failure of repairs for which the victim received the money. In the heat of a 28-year-old local resident struck the opponent with punches and kicks to the head and torso.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 121 (deliberate heavy injury) Criminal code of Ukraine.
The man handed a written notice of suspicion in Commission of this crime. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
