Environmental activists claim that construction is planned on agricultural lands. Now to the future plant are paving a new road. However, according to social activists, from the builders hands there is no permission — they were given the documents only for the reconstruction of the old road. Local residents wrote complaints to the Prosecutor and the police, but the construction continued. From the end of November activists began to interfere with the movement of construction equipment, then the work began to be carried out at night. In this regard, opponents of the plant decided to break the round-the-clock campground. Among themselves they called it “Ties-2”. In one of the tents fixed a poster: “the President!
