In the village of Buzivka Cherkasy region on Thursday, 16 November, an explosion occurred in a residential building, injuring two people. This was reported by the press service of the regional Department of the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations.
As noted, the explosion and subsequent fire led to the violation of fire safety rules at operation of household gas appliances. The resident of the house with a gas cylinder to ignite the boiler, but leaked gas from the cylinder that broke.
As a result of the incident injured two people – a 73-year-old man and his 68-year-old wife. Both victims with numerous burns were hospitalized in Zhashkovsky regional hospital.
