The Central Bank filed a complaint on may 24.
The national Bank appealed both decisions of the District administrative court of Kiev on illegality of the nationalization of “PrivatBank”. This reports the press service of the NBU.
According to the press service of the complaint filed against the decision of District administrative court of Kyiv from 18 April 2019 in the case No. 826 / 7432/17 at the suit of Igor Kolomoisky about cancellation of the decision on the withdrawal of insolvent PJSC CB “PrivatBank” from the market with the participation of the state and in case No. 826/13813/17 on the claim the former shareholder of a Cyprus company Createlinestring LTD for annulment of the Commission of NBU on the definition of the list of related parties with “PrivatBank”.
“Therefore, today these court decisions came into legal force and have no legal consequences”, — said the press service.
