These innovations introduced in the context of legislative changes
NBU allowed commercial banks to loan documentation the borrower was formed from the electronic documents signed by electronic signature.
This was reported by the press service of the NBU.
“The national Bank of Ukraine establishes the right of banks to provide loan documentation (business) of the debtor from the electronic document issued and signed by the Bank and the debtor with the use of electronic digital signature”, – stated in the message.
The national Bank noted that these innovations introduced in the context of legislative changes, in particular the law of Ukraine “On consumer credit”, which provides for the right to enter into electronic contract on consumer crediting.
