NBA: Paul George went from “Indiana” in “Oklahoma”

The American star forward Paul George for the first time in his career he changed the team.

George shortly before the start of the free agent market notified “Indiana” that in the summer of 2018 will not sign with a “Pacers” a new contract.

This forced the management of “Indiana” to consider various options for exchange of their leader. Interest to George were credited with “Cleveland” “Houston” “Washington” and “Boston,” but in the end the ball was the General Manager of the Oklahoma Sam Presti, who were able to trade George for a less valuable set of assets than the competition.

For expiring contract the Olympic champion in 2016 “Oklahoma” was sent to Indianapolis rights defender Victor Oladipo and heavy forward Domantas Sabonis. Both players appeared in “Oklahoma” last summer in the trade with Orlando of his Serge Ibaki.

George in Oklahoma will be a percussion duet with the MVP of the regular season 2016-2017 Russell Westbrook. Now thunder is about a year to convince the 27-year-old basketball player to sign with the club long-term contract. If this does not happen, a rookie Oklahoma is likely to become a player in the Lakers.

In seven seasons in the NBA Paul George six times played in the playoffs four times and went to the all-star game. Average per game in the main basketball League in the world George gaining 18.1 points and 6.3 rebounds and 3.2 assists.
