The court found Navalny guilty of disobeying law enforcement.
The second administrative Protocol on violation of rules of holding mass events – politics was fined 20 thousand rubles. He said he did not consider himself guilty.
The first was considered a Protocol violation of the rules of holding mass events. After that, the judge Alesia Smith immediately proceeded to consideration of the second administrative case, although the protection policy was not ready for it.
Attorney Bulk Olga Mikhailova said that the court thus violated the right Bulk to protect, and deliberately want to pass judgement on arrest for 15 days today. In this regard, the lawyer demanded disqualification of a judge, but was refused.
The defense asked to cross-examine the witnesses of the detention of Navalny, who were in the courtroom – his press Secretary Kira Armys and lawyer of the Fund Ivan Zhdanov. The judge rejected this petition.
According to the judge, the detention of the opposition leader pulled out, pushed police officers, resisted with hands and feet. Navalny denies it.
