Re the verdict in the case of “Kirovles” has not yet entered into force.
Protection re-convicted in the matter of “Kirovles” of Alexey Navalny and Pyotr Ofitserov submitted the application to the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe with a request to study the process. The application filed by lawyers Karinna Moskalenko and Olga Mikhaylova.
They ask the Supervisory body during the next meeting under the accelerated procedure to examine the case of “Kirovles”, which, according to the defense, Russia has refused to faithfully execute the decision of the European court of human rights.
In this re-the verdict in the case of “Kirovles” has not yet entered into force, as Navalny and Officers appealed to the Kirov regional court.
February 8, Navalny and Ofitserov were sentenced respectively to five and four years probation for theft of property of the enterprise “Kirovles”. Re the sentence repeats the decision made in 2013 when the actual period they were replaced by the conditional in the course of the appeal.
