Natspolitsiya check the “donor” of the opposition bloc

The Shevchenkovsky court of Kiev at the request of lawyers ordered the National police to check the data from the financial report of the party “Opposition bloc”.

The decision was taken after considering the statements of the lawyers of the project “Davie!”. The basis for the appeal was the fact that, illuminated by journalist Mariana, Motronic in the story about the financing of political parties “all in cash”, for the program “Our money with Denys Bigus”.

According to the court, Napola must promptly update the information in eRDR under article 159-1 of the criminal code “violation of an order of financing of a political party” and start pre-trial investigation.

We will remind, according to the report, the Opposition bloc, voluntary contributions from legal entities in 2016 amounted to 11.7 million.

However, in the course of journalistic investigation it was found out that some firms donor was in the “virtual office” in the Barber shop and the other at the fish enterprise. Among them – the company “Hyperion mega”, which transferred to the account of “opposition bloc” more than a million hryvnia, CEO and founder of which is the Tkachenko Vladimir Ivanovich.

The journalists visited the program Director, and found out that he, Tkachenko, don’t know anything about contributions, not about the company itself.

Article 159-1 of the UCU provides for liability for presenting deliberately false information in the report of the party about assets, income, expenses and obligations of financial nature or in the financial report on the receipt and use of electoral Fund of the party.

Officials of the Opposition bloc could face a fine of up to 300 non-taxable minimum incomes, or restraint of liberty for a term up to 2 years.
