Men who introduced themselves as activists of party “Freedom” and “national building”, at about 13:30 on Tuesday broke into the building of the Lviv regional Council.
This is reported by Ukrainian news citing its own correspondent.
The assault knocked the glass in the front door, broke through the corridor of the police and pelted the building of the regional Council smoke bombs.
Some of these people spoke the Russian language.
Their demand is Amnesty for people who fought in the Donbass, and was detained for committing crimes. The law the President Petro Poroshenko still has not signed, despite the fact that the timing for this has expired.
There is information that during the storming of the regional Council, which hosted the session, hurt a pregnant woman.
As of 14:30 the nationalists left the room the session hall, but remained in the corridors of the regional Council.
The leadership Council holds a meeting together with representatives of the security Service of Ukraine in Lviv region concerning further action.
