NASA scientists plan to create cloud cities on Venus
NASA experts intend in the future to create a cloud city on Venus. According to scientists, the project of building the airships that will carry people on a planet twin of Earth, will soon be implemented.
Venus – in spite of his sonorous name and a beautiful legend is a planet with a fairly severe climatic conditions. The atmospheric pressure there is 90 times stronger than on Earth, and the air temperature can reach 500 degrees Celsius.
Naturally, about any life on the surface of Venus is not out of the question, but if you climb a little higher in the atmosphere, the situation becomes a little better. Previously, scientists have discovered water molecules in the atmosphere of Venus, and it is said that life on the planet-twin Earth is possible.
NASA scientists are seriously thinking about how to create such a “cloud city” on Venus.
So, specialists are ready to implement a program of construction of interstellar airships that can withstand the conditions on Venus. According to employees of NASA, the exploration of this planet will cost the Agency much cheaper than the colonization of Mars.
