Space Agency NASA and Uber signed an agreement to develop air taxi, scheduled to be operational in 2020.
Project flying machines will be called Uber Elevate, and now experts have started work.
It is planned that the aircraft will take off and land vertically, to fly long distances and reach speeds up to 321 km/h, thereby saving passengers time.
In 2020 the experts are going to demonstrate the creation of the world (according to plan this will happen in Dubai), and three years later to enter the “aviation city” in their fleets.
Uber said that this is the first formal contract with NASA, which deals with developments in the lower layers of space.
