The accused in the murder of PhD student Anastasia Yeshchenko, Oleg Sokolov wrote a biographical novel about love. About it RBC were informed by the lawyer of the accused Alexander Pachev.
“He wrote a novel in the first approximation. Now will finalize it and will edit. The novel is called “Love.” There’s actually a story like this — about his relationship with the deceased”, — said Pochaev. According to him, the book will not be published “until it has obtained the consent of the relatives.”
Executive Secretary of the PMC Alexei Melnikov said in a conversation with RBC that then Sokolov is planning to write a historical work about Napoleon. “When I asked whether the continuation of [the love story], Sokolov replied that no, the book ends. Next, he wants to write a historical work, like, Napoleon,” — said Melnikov.
