The IIHS has identified 15 winners who received a rating of Top Safety Pick Plus by the year 2018.
The American Insurance Institute for highway safety has published a list of 15 models, who managed to score the highest rating in the tests.
With these more stringent safety requirements of vehicles next year, including more rigorous assessment of the work head optics, the IIHS determined 15 winners who received a rating of Top Safety Pick Plus by the year 2018.
With a more modest rating of Top Safety Pick made tests 47 models.
The largest number of models in the “winning” list of delegated Japanese brand Subaru, another four brands – Hyundai, Kia, Genesis and Mercedes-Benz two models and another one from BMW, Lincoln and Toyota.
