Bacon and butter are almost entirely composed of fat molecules, but these products were also included in the list of mandatory and important for health.
A new nutritional concept is this: the human body needs not only the “good” fats and “bad”.
Even so-called harmful (saturated) fats have the right to take a worthy place in a healthy diet. This view defends the respected American nutritionist Katie shields.
“The body needs not only healthy fats are found in nuts and fish, but the “harm” of those products, which are generally not recommended by nutritionists to eat. As shown by a recent study, the fat in a small amount of normalizes the level of cholesterol in blood and improve metabolism,” said shields.
The expert compiled a list of foods high in fat, but nevertheless necessary in human nutrition. This list includes fat dairy products, butter, organic bacon, egg yolks, cocoa butter, coconut and peanut butter, and dark chocolate.
Nutritionist says: in moderation these fats will contribute to providing the body with the necessary energy and will be the element of cells and is physiologically necessary for absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and maintain the nervous and immune systems.
