Experts of the German Association of technical supervision was rated the most reliable cars.
To compile this ranking, auto technical inspection Association of Germany analyzed inspection data of 10 million vehicles. Technical inspections, which were taken into account, was conducted in the period from July 2016 to June 2017.
The final model metric (225 in total — the most popular car in Europe) was calculated by the percentage of serious faults, such as defects in the engine, transmission, chassis, suspension, brake and exhaust systems.
Thus, the results of the study vehicles in two – and three-year cars, the most reliable recognized Mercedes-Benz SLK. In second place was the Volkswagen Golf Sportsvan. And completing the top three in the ranking of the most reliable cars two cars from Mercedes – B-class and GLK.
In the age group of four to five years leading Mercedes-Benz B-class, Porsche 911, Mazda CX-5 and Audi Q5. The safest vehicle is six to seven years of age, the experts called the Porsche 911. The list also includes the Audi Q5 and TT, Honda CR-V and Mazda third series.
