Day four

Breakfast: raw carrots (100 g) and a glass of water or green tea.

Lunch: boiled or baked beets (150 g) and fish (200 g).

Dinner: steamed buckwheat (100 g) and a glass of 1% kefir.

Day five

Breakfast: boiled rice (100g) and green tea.

Lunch: boiled chicken fillet (200 g) and boiled grated beets (100 g).

Dinner: a glass of 1% kefir.

Day six

Breakfast: boiled or baked beetroot (100g) and green tea.

Lunch: boiled or fried without oil cabbage (100 g).

Dinner: salad of boiled carrots (4 pieces) and boiled meat (150 g).

The seventh day

Breakfast: apples (2 PCs) and prunes (3-4 PCs.).

Lunch: steamed buckwheat (100 grams) with a teaspoon of olive oil.

Dinner: boiled or roasted beets (150g) and boiled chicken (150 g).
