Track the success of participants in the experiment four years later, the study authors found that those who spent more time in a sitting position, more likely dead, even with mitigating factors such as spent on training time.

To avoid the threat, the researchers recommend that people who tend to sit for a long time to come out from behind the Desk and stretch every 30 minutes.
