Some smartphone owners do not part with their pocket computers for a minute, so many experts equate dependence on mobile devices to serious diseases.
To study this problem regularly conducts various tests and social experiments to identify risks from excessive use of smartphones. Researchers from City University of Hong Kong decided to study in detail the “nomophobia” — the anxiety that one experiences when away from your gadget.

Thus, the device is felt as an extension of the self, helping to keep all the memories and enabling you to instantly share memories with other people.
Dr. June Kim is concerned that users ‘ dependence on their smartphones will only increase. He hopes that people can more consciously use their gadgets.
