ALL ABOUT CAROTENOIDS

Fresh, bright orange carrots — 1 piece
Walnuts — 1 Cup of coffee
Avocado — half of a fruit
Red sweet pepper — 1 piece
Turmeric — half a teaspoon
Salt, lemon juice, ground black pepper — to taste
