The deputies are suspected of tax evasion in the amount of UAH 150 million.
The Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko said that the deputies Oleksandr Suprunenko, Vyacheslav Konstantinovsky and Nestor Shufrich are suspected of tax evasion. About this Lutsenko told a press conference.
He recalled that the day before yesterday received the results of unscheduled inspections from the State fiscal service of electronic declarations 3 of 17 deputies, sent by the Prosecutor’s office in the state.
“Each of these three members, namely Suprunenko, Constantine and Shufrych, a tax evasion in the amount of respectively 60, 50 and 40 million, a figure rounded. In this regard, I plan in the near future to prepare a submission to the Verkhovna Rada”, – said Lutsenko.
According to him, article 212 (tax evasion) for closing the case on payment of taxes. That is, said Lutsenko, the deputies have two options – to pay taxes, and the case will be closed, or to a term of three years. “And he and the other option I consider acceptable,” he said.
