Named communal tariffs in different cities of Ukraine

Utility tariffs in different cities of Ukraine differ. In September, the largest average expense for maintenance of houses and adjoining areas were received by the residents of Kiev.

Owners of two-bedroom apartments, area of which is 60 sq m, had paid on average for services to more than 351 UAH. This amount is one and a half times the bills in Ternopil and Chernihiv. Compared to Lviv, and Kharkiv Kropiwnicki accrued utility rates more than twice.

A bit more pay in Kherson and Severodonetsk. They receive bills with the amounts 57,6 and 67.8, respectively hryvnia.

The list includes cleaning the local area, stairwells, basements, technical floors and roof. Separately account for the amounts for the repair of intrahouse systems for hot and cold water, heating, sewage, various technical devices and elements of the external landscaping. The rate is set at 0.46 UAH per sq. m.
