Naftogaz has won a lawsuit against Gazprom on gas supplies

Naftogaz of Ukraine States that won arbitration against the Russian Gazprom gas supply contract on all contentious issues. This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian company on his page in Facebook on Friday, December 22.

It is reported that the Stockholm arbitration has reduced the price of Russian gas for Naftogaz in the second quarter of 2014, nearly 27.4% to 352 $ 485 dollars for 1 thousand cubic meters.

“Thanks to the revision of the contract price, Naftogaz saved on purchased in 2014-2015, the gas is 1.8 billion us dollars.”, – noted in the NAC.

In addition, Naftogaz announced that the Tribunal completely rejected claims of Gazprom in relation to the position of “take or pay” at $ 56 billion. during 2012-2017.
