Naftogaz has filed 2 lawsuits in the Economic court of Odessa region to recover from the factory 1,518 billion debt for gas.
National joint stock company Naftogaz of Ukraine in the context of consideration of his claim for recovery from the largest manufacturer of ammonia and urea of Odessa portside plant (OPZ) debt for natural gas in the amount of 1.47 billion hryvnia filed a statement on measures to secure the claim by seizure of the Bank accounts of AES in that amount.
This is stated in the definition of Economic court of Odessa region on April 6.
The corresponding statement was submitted by Naftogaz on March 27. The next session on the case is scheduled for April 26.
Recall, January 23, Naftogaz has filed 2 lawsuits in the Economic court of Odessa region to recover from the factory 1,518 billion debt for gas.
Of this debt of the SCR, namely 147,955 million, was formed in the summer of 2016, before laying the Cabinet on Naftogaz’s obligations to supply the plant gas regardless of whether it is to pay for it.
The remaining amount – 1 369,77 million – was generated for the period from October to December 2016 (inclusive), when Naftogaz supplied to the SCR gas on the basis of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers to entrust the NAC special responsibilities for uninterrupted gas supply of the plant.
For the period of validity of speculatively HMO transferred to Naftogaz, only 5 million hryvnias.
30 December 2016, the plant was shut down.
After 2 failed attempts to privatize OPZ in 2016, in December, the plant announced that is considering the lease of its entire property complex.
6 Mar HMO resumed operations under a tolling agreement of processing of raw materials with the ERA of trading.
