NABU calls on the leadership of the party “people’s front” to reassure his own party.
The National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine said that the deputies from the party “people’s front”, abusing their status to put pressure on the judge Alexander Bobrivnyk, which elects the measure of restraint for ex-the people’s Deputy Nikolay Martynenko and first Deputy Chairman of “Naftogaz of Ukraine” Sergey Fracture.
This was stated by the press service of NABOO in Facebook.
It is noted that during the court session on 21 April in the premises of the Solomenskiy district court of Kiev, was attended by more than ten deputies and several Ministers from the party “people’s front”, some of them behaved very provocatively, threatened the judge and prosecutors.
“In particular, members of Legwinski and Pynzenyk said the investigative judge Bobrivnyk that it expects “the fate of judges Kireeva and Leadership of”” – say in NABOO.
“Some of the other statements present in the court room politicians to the National anti-corruption Bureau and the Specialized anti-corruption prosecution in particular, and that the newly created anti-corruption institutions work “the order of the Kremlin”, “ramshackle coalition” and pursue the “hero of the Maidan”, in beyond common sense and ethics of the statesman,” – said the Bureau.
Accordingly, NAB urges the leadership of the party “people’s front”, which is “part of the ruling coalition and is directly responsible for the fate of the country”, to reassure his own party, because their behavior does not only hinder justice, but to destroy what little credibility that still remains in society, in public institutions.
