The court of appeals rejected the National anti-corruption Bureau have the right to examine electronic Declaration of employees of the security Service of Ukraine.This became known from the decision of Appellate court of Kiev placed in the Unified registry of court decisions.
So, the NAB is investigating the criminal proceedings, checking the veracity of the Declaration on the income of the head of Zaporizhzhya regional administration Konstantin Bryl.
The document stated that Bryl, appointed by the Governor two years ago, has published his Declaration only last spring, under pressure from the public. According to the head of the regional administration, he did not hold secret information about their income, because the number at the service of the SBU.
At the same time, journalists have published investigations on its impressive assets.
In January 2017 NABOO opened criminal proceedings against Bryl.
Later, at the request of the anti-corruption Bureau of Solomensky court of Kiev gave the detectives access to the list of officers of the SBU, the storage system of electronic declarations, personal Constantine Bryl.
Appealed this decision to the SBU, referring to the fact that it was illegal.
The appellate court agreed with this argument and struck out the right of access of detectives NAB to the system of electronic declarations of security from the court of first instance.
