Anti-corruption Prosecutor advised him not to panic zarenee.
The people’s Deputy of Ukraine, leader of Radical party Oleg Lyashko was questioned on Tuesday, April 24, detectives NAB, with the aim of collecting evidence on alleged illicit enrichment.
This was reported by the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office (SAP).
“During interrogation Oleg Lyashko behaved provocatively and derogatory to the detectives and the Prosecutor, calling them obscene words. The details of the specified interrogation will be made public after completion of a pretrial investigation”, – stated in the page of SAP in Facebook.
In Department noted that by results of processing of media materials has deposited the information in ERDR on the fact of acquisition by Oleg Lyashko in significant property assets on signs of the criminal offense under part 3 of article 368-2 of the criminal code.
Approval of Lyashko allegedly custom-made nature of the investigation and certainty of guilt were unfounded and premature, – stressed in the SAP.
