MSI conducted an upgrade of their compact desktop PCs Cubi N, replacing this hardware platform. From now on, this nettop is based on Intel Gemini Lake – inexpensive but quite productive processors.
The previous generation MSI Cubi N was based on old Intel Braswell, on change which came the Apollo Lake, and already it was replaced by Gemini Lake. MSI did not use the Apollo Lake, arguing that the new platform has more prospects.
