Three deputies appealed to the head of the government with a proposal to ban the import of Russian cars.
Three deputies of the Transcarpathian region – Robert gorvat, Vasyl petiovka, and Valeriy Lunchenko appealed to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman with a proposal to ban the import of cars from Russia. This gorvat said in Facebook.
“We believe that the need to restrict and completely ban the import of vehicles from the aggressor country, and therefore appealed to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groisman with the proposal to amend the vehicle originating from the Russian Federation in the list of goods forbidden to import on customs territory of Ukraine”, – wrote the gorvat.
The gorvat added that should extend the regulations of the Cabinet N1146 “On rates of import duty in respect of goods production in the Russian Federation” and N1147 “On the prohibition of import into the customs territory of Ukraine of goods production in the Russian Federation”. “These regulations will lose force from 1 January 2019,” – reminded the Deputy.
As reported, the Supreme court decision on the recognition of the legitimate use of private cars on foreign registration, imported in transit does not mean the legalization of these vehicles.
