Moscow purchased the reagents to 16 billion rubles from the company related to the son of the former Minister of natural resources — “MBH media”
Moscow authorities have purchased de-icing agents have family, business partner, Dmitry Trutnev, the son of the former Minister of natural resources Yuri Trutnev. The cost of purchases amounted to 15 billion 969 million roubles, writes “MBH media”.
Judging from the data on the public procurement portal, the Department of Moscow on competition policy concluded 6 contracts for the supply of reagents with NGOs “Travel technology”. All auctions were held in the open mode, but no one except NGO’s application was not filed.
As the newspaper notes, is likely to purchased reagents will be used two winters — in the winter of 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 in the winter of the year. Thus in every winter, authorities spent about of 7.98 billion.
According to “SPARK-Interfax”, the share of NGOs “Travel technology” through the firm “UZMP” owns Halep Gilfanov. Son Gilfanova Rustam has a share of 15% of the company “RAC”. 35% stake in RSK belong to firm “AYSIKEL”, which is wholly owned by Dmitry Trutnev — the son of the former Minister of natural resources and the current presidential envoy to FEFD.
