Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Ryabkov called Washington’s actions against Russian diplomatic institutions in the United States “public hooliganism”.
“I am inclined to call what is happening, state hooliganism” Ryabkov said to journalists at the BRICS summit in China.
Recall at the request of Washington, the United States ceased General Consulate of Russia in San Francisco and sales offices in Washington and new York.
This move was made in response to the Kremlin’s demand to reduce American diplomatic personnel in Russia.
