Moscow demands from Kiev to implement the agreement on cease-fire

The Russian foreign Ministry called Kiev’s actions “inhuman.”

The Russian authorities are concerned about the sharp deterioration of the situation in the Donbass, which has seriously increased the number of victims among the civilian population. In the Russian diplomatic Department has underlined the need to strictly implement the agreement on a cease-fire.

“We share the concern of the UN incessant shelling of civilian infrastructure, particularly water supply and electricity, schools and hospitals, which is contrary to the international obligations of Kiev on the protection of civilians”, – stated in the message.

In the comments of the Ministry of foreign Affairs also expressed concern about data, “new cases of illegal deprivation of liberty, enforced disappearances, systematic use of the SBU of torture to extract confessions from detainees on suspicion of involvement in the conflict in the Donbas.”

Also in Moscow is very worried about the “inhuman discriminatory actions of official Kiev of the socio-economic blockade of Donbass”.

“Beyond rational remain the prohibitions of the government of Ukraine on the movement of goods across the line of contact, which not only leads to closure of businesses and loss of thousands of people, sources of income and livelihood”, – said Russian diplomats.
