57% of Russians have outstanding credit.
About 57 percent of Russians said they or their family members have outstanding loans. This is evidenced by the results of opinion polls.
In comparison with 2009 this indicator has grown more than twice. Five years ago, in unpaid loans admitted 26 percent of respondents, noted in the center for the study of public opinion.
The owners of the outstanding loans sure to pay them — 72 percent of respondents said that they do it effortlessly or with minimal effort, and 75 percent believe that repayment enough to pay. In 2009, fully confident in their ability to do so was only 58 percent.
The Russians are forced to borrow because of the deteriorating financial situation, says the expert polls Oleg chernozub. The loans become available for the population amid a sharp decline in inflation and a gradual reduction in rates. “It is important not to get carried away and know when to stop”, — he stressed.
According to the National Bureau of credit histories, the potential bankrupt are 799,5 thousands of people in Russia. They have overdue consumer loans in the amount of half a million rubles and more.
