Well-known artist Sergey Elkin in his new cartoon made fun of the reaction of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin new sanctions the United States against Russia.
The picture published on his page in social network Facebook.
It depicts Putin, who is holding a document on new sanctions and exclaims “But when Obama was not like this!”.
Netizens expressed the hope that this is not the latest sanctions against Russia and ridiculed Putin for the fact that he always opposed the former President Barack Obama and supported the Donald trump.
