Near Kiev the brutal killer of a minor girl was sentenced to life imprisonment.
Seeing that the girl is showing signs of life, the guy pulled out a folding knife and stabbed about 40 blows to the body, causing her particular suffering. The minor died on the spot. The attacker stole a camera and a tablet that belonged to the victim.
Actions of the malefactor are qualified according to clause 4 of part 2 of article 115 (premeditated murder committed with special cruelty) of the criminal code of Ukraine and part 2 of article 185 (theft committed repeatedly) of the criminal code of Ukraine.
Concerning the suspect the measure of restraint in form of detention.
Based on the collected evidence of the defendant’s guilt is proved in full, a man sentenced to life imprisonment.
