The company MINI presented a concept electric modification of a hatchback Cooper classic. Public premiere of new items was held at the new York auto show exemplary a year before the debut of the first production electric cars of the British brand.
The prototype is built on the basis of the later MINI first generation. The prototype was equipped with an electric motor, the output of which is not specified. The engine is powered by a set of lithium-iron-phosphate batteries, at 30 kilowatt-hours. The car’s top speed is 120 km/h, and without charging concept car can travel up to 105 kilometers.
