The members of the special monitoring mission (SMM) of the OSCE was unable to obtain access to places of storage of weapons of the militants in the Donbas. According to the report of the mission, observers continue to monitor the diversion of weapons.
“Patrol mission was not able to access the permanent storage place of the weapons of the DNI, as the place was empty. SMM informed the JCCC (Joint centre for control and coordination of ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line),” – said in the report.
Observers also reported that armed gunman refused DNI patrol mission in the access to the territory of the complex, located 3 km West of the occupied village of Manuilivka (65 km East of Donetsk). This also informed the JCCC.
We will remind, the special monitoring mission of the OSCE over the past week have recorded more than 5 thousand violations of the ceasefire regime in the Donbas.
